Our tobacco pouch is printed and die-cut at our external partners in Berlin. Then all further steps follow at our partner production sites in Germany and Poland. Here, the pouch is folded and the closure is installed. Afterwards it goes to the sewing work.

After that, it looks the way it should. So that the tobacco pouch arrives protected and pretty, it is now packed and labeled. In the end, each pouch has gone through at least 4 pairs of hands.

How does the closure work?
We have given our tobacco pouches a so-called dual lock closure. Reminiscent of a Velcro closure, but works a little differently. Both sides are absolutely identical: By pressing firmly together, the individual segments interlock.

Copied from nature: the dragonfly serves as a model here. In flight and during mating, it fixes the neck and torso together in a similar way - very strong!

If the closure should weaken a bit over time, you can easily replace it yourself.
