Complaint & Returns

If you are not satisfied with our product, if it is too small or too big or if it is defective, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date.

To ensure a smooth return process, please pay attention to the following points:

- The condition for returns is that the products were only tried on to check the correct size but not used or washed.
- The product is complete (with all labels).

Return process:

- Please fill out the enclosed return form and include it in the package.
- Send the goods back to us as an insured package with a courier of your choice at your own expense to:

Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will promptly refund the purchase price to the payment method you selected.

Defective or wrongly delivered items:

If there is an obvious error in the product due to production or shipping, or if we have delivered the goods with other defects, please contact us in advance by email, and after inspection, we will arrange a free return, exchange, or replacement.

You are also entitled to a free exchange if we have sent you a product that differs from the one depicted in our webshop. In both cases, we will contact you immediately to find a solution.

The refund will be issued after processing your return. Please keep the tracking number of the courier service until then.
