»Cuate Rum 05« is made in Jamaica using the traditional distillation process from sugar cane molasses. Due to the long fermentation process of the mash, the rum gets a particularly intense aroma after the distillation process is complete. During the traditional distillation process, extraordinary, so-called ester aroma compounds are created, which give the rum its very own, individual taste and smell. The subsequent multi-year maturation takes place in old bourbon casks.
For a Jamaican rum, the overall aroma of »Cuate Rum 05« is rather fruity, complex and intense in taste - a recommendation for all lovers of strong rums.
